We’ve use this company for years and have been mostly happy with their service (besides leaving trash from wiring or burned out lights behind) until this year While installing the lights they broke a outlet cover After bringing to their attention, not only did I not get an apology from both the owners, I received a very rude call from Jason where he yelled, wouldn’t let me say more than words, and then called me namesAfter I told him I was done with the conversation he called back leaving a rude and threatening messageThere are too many companies who provide good service with a smile than to stay with a company that lacks integrity and class

I am so sad and disappointed in a Lehi company called Lights UpWe have had a year ongoing contract with the company called Lights Up(I was told yesterday that there never really was a contract so there's something for all the current customers to consider.) The lady on the phone said that they didn't have enough help to come to HerrimanHowever they never let me know about this situation before hand: No mail, phone calls or e-mailsShe then said that she had the wrong number however I called numerous times and left my phone numberThe only reason I found out was because I kept callingNow suddenly I am no longer their customerI asked for the lights back since we had invested in themShe acted surprised and said she would set them out but she didn't say where out wasI am going to pick them up today if she will tell me the addressThis was a big investment for usSo anyone and everyone who has hired them, BEWAREMake sure your investment is protected like we thought our

Lights up Inc notified the HOA we live in that they are no longer servicing our area and they are not going to return the lights for the nine houses that have been using their services for the past several yearsIf we would like the lights that we have purchased then it is our responsibility to retrieve as they will be in a box on the curb at an address in Lehi, UTAfter several repeated requests to have them deliver the property that we own and have paid to store the response was "we don't have time" and they won't do it
We did not void the contract, it was their decision to not service our area in SLCThey are also refusing to return the property we have purchased, which is valued at thousands of dollarsThere are people who are physically not able to retrieve the propertyThere are people lack the means to retrieve the propertyFurthermore, it is their decision to not service our area and now they are making it our problem to retrieve our property

I agree with these other poor reviews of this companyI had them do our lights last year (one tiny string for $197) and was contacted on Oct 5th telling me they would be in our area Oct - Nov 1st this year to make an appt to have them installed againI wrote back that Oct 22nd or 23rd would work wonderfully for meThey never wrote me back, nor did they install the lights, and after messages to them asking where they were, I got a message back saying "Sorry! I got a new phone" and "No, they cannot install them until after Thanksgiving because they are no longer installing in my area." So now it is pretty late to call other companies, and I've missed all their 10% off discounts before Nov 1stSo after numerous texts explaining this was their fault and could they please just install them, they wrote that they "could maybe install them after Thanksgiving, but they weren't 100% sure." So after many more texts explaining it would be hard to find another company at this late date, I just received this final text: "I think it would be better for you to find another company to put up your lights." I'm just super glad I didn't have them store my lights!

They've done my parent's lights for the last few years, charging nearly $to do basically a few strings of lightsEach year they've progressively gotten laterThis year they said they'd have lights up by November They never showed upAfter several phone calls and voicemails on behalf of my parents,on Dev 7, *I* got a *text* saying they would not be able to do my parent's lights this year and I could come pick up their lights--they wouldn't be there, but they'd put them outside in a boxOn December That's professionalism right thereMy former neighbor who moved out of Utah a year ago has been trying to get their lights back from them for over a year nowAvoid this company like the plague

Lights Up had scheduled with us to put our own lights up, and then later notified us that they had decided they would only put lights up on our home if we purchased the lights from themThen they wanted to charge us more than double the store price for buying lights from them
