Paint damage to vehicle due to work trucks careless spillage of rocks and loose black top.
The company has a work site which posts no signs of no parking to ensure vehicles do not be damaged. I called to complain on 2/28/20 @ 12:39 pm of how the spillage of material was falling on my vehicles (3 but mostly on 1). I've washed my car twice and the black top substance doesn't wash off it's very sticky and smears. Also the concrete that's broken down (white/tan rocks) fall off the trucks and hit my car causing chips off the paint. I was told that trucks would be rerouted. On 3/17/20 I come outside as a Backhoe was carrying black top, the holder bounces spilling the material out falling on the side of my vehicle and sometimes on the front and back windshields. I tried to get the drivers attention to show what was happening I was ignored. I called to complain again at 4:10 pm and expressed that there is visible damage being done and I was told Timmy would come out tomorrow which is today 3/18/20. Timmy *** is the supervisor so I was told. I waited to nearly till 12:30 pm to leave to run errands. The man from the office that is the only person I've spoken to calls me at 1:37 (waited till I left) said he spoke to Tim and that they do use *** St. but to move forward would like me to move my vehicles to *** St. I asked about the damage done to my vehicle and was told they can't see how it happened yet I told him that I have pictures, and surveillance video of them passing as well as the spillage left on the ground. The area that they are at eliminates parking already for those across from them so they park on *** and in addition to that there is street cleaning every Tuesday and Thursday. So the parking options are very limited.
