Complaint: 11883494I am rejecting this response because:His response is full of liesHe prepared the receipt that was given to my daughter, it described the TV as a 50" Vizo and said she had paid $in advanceHe did not date the receiptI know it was taken to him in October The letter I mailed Revdex.com provided factual information concerning this personHe is a liar and has no intention of doing the right thing which is refunding my daughter's $Sincerely, [redacted] ***

Concerning [redacted] D [redacted] his daughter brought a 46' Vizio to my shop for repair her name was [redacted] I had received a phone call from her stating that she had a50' Vizio to be repaired the mistake I made was taking her word that her TV was a 50' I did not look at the model number I took a phone descriptopm of the TV from her, several months went by and [redacted] never called to check on her TV one day I got a call from [redacted] wanting to pick up ***'s TV, stating that he was her father, I asked Mr [redacted] the where about of his daughter ***, he refused to tell me anything about [redacted] I thought that she was in jail and that was the reason why Mr [redacted] refused to tell me what had happened to ***, I repaired ***'s TV by repairing the power board and even the front panel was "cracked"Repairing her TV was too expensive to fix everything Mr [redacted] were given by me a 52' Samsung to cover the amount of money that [redacted] had gave me to repair her TVIt was then that I was told that [redacted] had pasted away

I treated Mrs *** *** with the upmost respect because of her age She hired me to repair her Mit Big Scree.n TV which I did When I repaired her TV her remote control switch to the TV did not work to program the high channel into the TV She was getting the low channels 2-
I did not go to her home to repair a remote control switch, I went to Target to get her a new universal remote but it would not program the high channels into her TV either Mrs *** also purchased a new 37' Smart Samsung TV from me, that TV came with the original remote so I don't know why or what Mrs *** is complaining about

board were bad, hence the reason it wasn't turning on and that I would have to order it from "shop *** TV Parts on internet service, however upon ordering the power supply it wasn't in stock and was on back order making it time sensitive to repairMr *** needed a TV right away I had a 60' Vizio TV for sale for the amount of $Mr*** wanted to buy that TVHe had already paid me $to fix his TV, so he paid me $and he traded his Vizio to me, I allowed the $that he had already paid me and I charged him $for the 60' Viziomaking his total amount $for his TV that he traded to meHe bought a 60' Vizio for $paid in full

Complaint: 11903480I am rejecting this response because: On the night of December 29,2016, myself, my son, and the police department were at the address of Like New Tv. The police report will state I came to Like New Tv to recover my television with the money I originally committed to pay for the service. I did not trade my television to Like New TV at any time. All I am asking for is my television be returned to me immediately, and I am willing to pay the originally agreed upon price for the television repair. Sincerely,[redacted]
