Tell us why here...Mr [redacted] purchased a computer from us on Janafter bringing in his [redacted] for a diagnostic assessmentWe found that his old laptop has a Liquid spill and would need a logic board replacementMr [redacted] decided rather than spending the money to fix his old laptop he would purchase a used [redacted] from usHe first contacted us in March having a battery issue, which we replaced with a brand new battery, and tested the backlight which was workingWe contacted Mr [redacted] a few days later to let him know the laptop was fixed and ready for pickupMr [redacted] did not respond Mr ***, finally came into our shop month later, after numerous attempts to get a hold of himHe stated his work had given him a new phone and he had not checked his voice mailsIn April of Mr [redacted] called stating he was having battery issues again, and was out of the country for work, but would bring it back once he arrived back homeMr [redacted] dropped off the laptop again on 9/16/to look at the battery issueAfter testing the new battery we found that it was in deed failingWe sent the manufacturer a message and received a new battery replacement, and installed itWe apologized for the battery trouble, and offered to replace the backlight for free, since it was not as bright as a new one would beDuring the fix our tech did accidently cause damage to one of the logic board pinsWe called Mr [redacted] a number of ***es to explain the situation, and did not receive a call backThe replacement board we received was sent to us in error, and the company then resent out the correct oneWe replaced the boardWe repaired the [redacted] with a Brand New battery, New Backlight, and Upgraded the [redacted] Memory at no costWe have been trying to reach Mr [redacted] since 1/7/to pickup his laptop but still unable to reach himWe are very sorry for the issues, and we do our best to get items resolved within a timely mannerWe have upgraded your memory to the laptop at no cost to you, which is a $creditThank youLikeNewPcs
