would purchase a used [redacted] from us. He first contacted us in March 2016 having a battery issue, which we replaced with a brand new battery, and tested the backlight which was working. We contacted Mr. [redacted] a few days later to let him know the laptop was fixed and ready for pickup. Mr. [redacted] did not respond.  Mr [redacted], finally came into our shop 1 month later, after numerous attempts to get a hold of him. He stated his work had given him a new phone and he had not checked his voice mails. In April of 2016 Mr. [redacted] called stating he was having battery issues again, and was out of the country for work, but would bring it back once he arrived back home. Mr [redacted] dropped off the laptop again on 9/16/16 to look at the battery issue. After testing the new battery we found that it was in deed failing. We sent the manufacturer a message and received a new battery replacement, and installed it. We apologized for the battery trouble, and offered to replace the backlight for free, since it was not as bright as a new one would be. During the fix our tech did accidently cause damage to one of the logic board pins. We called Mr [redacted] a number of [redacted]es to explain the situation, and did not receive a call back. The replacement board we received was sent to us in error, and the company then resent out the correct one. We replaced the board. We repaired the [redacted] with a Brand New battery, New Backlight, and Upgraded the [redacted] Memory at no cost. We have been trying to reach Mr [redacted] since 1/7/17 to pickup his laptop but still unable to reach him. We are very sorry for the issues, and we do our best to get items resolved within a timely manner.
