Greetings,I am very sorry to hear about this experienceWe certainly did receive an email communication that you were not satisfied with the product, and we had recommended that you send the product back for a refund of the purchase priceOur return policy at the time was a 15-day time period, which we often extended to days from the time of delivery as a show of good faith.We received the returned products two and a half months past the delivery date, and all of the products had the safety seals broken upon returnWe informed the customer that there was nothing we could do, and offered to send the product backTo the best of my knowledge, I have not received confirmation to send the product back.The product itself is a vape oil, as is plainly described in the product title as well as the product description on the siteIt also states that separation is for the product, which is due to the super saturation of vegetable glycerin involved with this particular productThe complaint was about the extract being 'diluted', being separated, and not being effectiveAs stated previously, we did offer a refund, however the products were not returned within a timely fashion as well as all being opened and unfit for restocking.I do still have the returned product, and will happily send those back quicklyThank you,Jason L***Owner, WellspringCBD.com

The original products are en route to customer via USPS. We are lenient within reason on returned itemsHowever, we are not able to issue refunds past days from the purchase dateAll of our customers have immediately returned items instead of waiting 60+ days to drop in the mail, hence our lenient words in our responses

I am rejecting this response because:for the same reason I rejected it yesterday.They never told me a date it had to be returned by. (see email correspondence)They promised a full refund. (see email correspondence)The product is faulty. (see email correspondence)I don't want the faulty product. I want my full refund, as promised.They are lying. (see email correspondence)As far as "dates" and promptness of returns, they received my return of the faulty product on JUNE 26, 2017 . . . 80 DAYS AGO. They are only NOW addressing the issue because I filed a complaint. They say they've sent it back to me. I haven't received it, nor do I want to receive it. I want my FULL REFUND, as PROMISED.
