I have not found the customer service at Bolduc's to be satisfactory, however only until recently, have I been in a situation with them that lead me to contact your agency.I have placed a few orders with them for t-shirt screen printing. On my last order, they got my order wrong. They sent me an incorrect number of t-shirts that I had ordered. They sent me 6 triple XL shirts and 0 double XL shirts instead of a split of 4 triples and 2 double's that I ordered. I first emailed my sales rep there about the issue. No response from her. Then I walked into the office and spoke with her about it. She told me she would get back to me about either refunding me for the extra shirts they sold me, or replacing the shirts that I was supposed to have on my order. Weeks went by and I did not hear from her. I emailed her again, no response. Then I went back to the office with the extra shirts that I did not originally order and gave them to her. She said they would mail me out a check Monday October 14th. I had also let her know I would be moving out of state by the end of this month, so it was important to send me the check promptly. No check was received by me the week of the 14th. Then I called back last week around Wednesday the 23rd and spoke with the office secretary and let her know the situation. She said she would help. Here it is Tuesday the 29th of October and I still do not have the check.
