old or faulty hardware on a vehicle installed at the factory or after market. It is unfortunate that this happened, but it is in no way our fault, as the car wash worked just as it is supposed to.

The owner told me on the phone, "High Water Pressure" can get under parts and rip them off, he said " I find car parts all the time" in the bays.. clearly the part was on before I went in the car wash, it hadn't fallen off from driving or other regular actions, so clearly the part was not "Old" or have "Faulty hardware" as he states, if ripping off stable parts of a car is " the car wash working as it is suppose to" How he can say it is not his fault is Stupid, it is his car wash and he is responsible for damage, and his car wash damaged my car, I don't care if it is "Touchless" the High Pressure water touches my car and it damaged it!!! Now because of his carwash we have to pay $250.00 at the least to get it repaired, and that is not fair!!! You sir are at fault and need to step up and do the right thing.

Hundreds of cars, trucks and vans go through our Laserwash every week at this location and 2 other locations we have. If we were damaging vehicles we could not stay in business. We have been in this business since 1963. We do not rip parts from vehicles that are properly secured. The equipment operated properly. Therefore I am not taking any responsibility for this incident.

He keeps talking about "Other" cars, I am not concerned about other cars, he keeps talking about how his laser wash couldn't damage a properly secured part, the part was secured, if not it would have fallen off during normal driving, it took a Strong Pressure, as he stated before, the high pressure water is all that touches the car. It will cost me at least $250.00 to replace this broken part, and I shouldn't have to pay out of pocket for his equipment, and I really don't want to hear again about "Other Cars" I am not concerned about all the cars that have passed through all his carwashes, just like you sir, if this was you, you wouldn't care about other cars, you would be concerned about "YOUR" car as I am, and the fact that you first agreed to meet me to look at the damage, never showed up, never called to say you were not showing and I had to call you multiple times before you returned my call, shows something to me!! I am gonna be stuck paying out of MY POCKET for your damage, this is wrong, and in my opinion poor business practice, I will never use your carwashes ever again and will get on Social Media and warn people about your carwash and business practices.. How you can look at yourself in the mirror knowing I have to pay out of my pocket is beyond me.... I wish you many sleepless nights, but I don't think you care!!!
