Good Afternoon, I would like to file a complaint against the business known as "Lil in the Middle"I ordered a made-to-measure corset through this company and have not been given a shipping date July - Aug 9/- I contacted the "sister" company to ask questions regarding their corsets(i.emeasuring instructions) Aug - I ordered online through the sister company Lil Waisted/paypal payment sent Aug /- payment of $CDN was processed on myPayPal to [redacted] for the corset that I ordered Aug 9/ - I was told 2-weeks deliveryAnd that a tracking number would be sent upon delivery Aug 11/- confirmed size September 10th, 2:54pm Message from seller: just got an update from my distributer and she's says she's behind and it shouldn't take any longer than weeks Sept 24/- contacted seller, as no corset yet Reponse was: [redacted] I'm going to get my distributer to call you I'm so so sorry but this is out of my control We can do a return if you like can my distributer contact you? Sept 25: September 25th, 3:38pm Hey [redacted] ! It's [redacted] from Lil in the Middle! I'm sorry about the wait on your Corset I have all pieces made, they are being shipped Monday, I can get you a piece out from my sister company on Monday I was told that I would receive the corset AND a refund for the waitno refundno corset came Sept I was promised I would have the corset by Oct AND a refundnothing again Oct I was again promised a refundNOTHING Oct - Still no corset and again promised twice today I would have my refundand still nothing Requested a tracking number many times and the question was always skirted I have all electronic chats saved for verification of everything stated here

Aug 8 - I ordered online through the sister company Lil Waisted/paypal payment sent.
Aug 8 /15 - payment of $150.00 CDN was processed on myPayPal to [redacted] for the corset that I ordered.
Aug 9/ 15 - I was told 2-4 weeks delivery. And that a tracking number would be sent upon delivery.
Aug 11/15 - confirmed size

Sept 24/15 - contacted seller, as no corset yet. Reponse was: [redacted] I'm going to get my distributer to call you I'm so so sorry but this is out of my control We can do a return if you like can my distributer contact you?

I was told that I would receive the corset AND a refund for the wait... no refund... no corset came.
Sept 28 I was promised I would have the corset by Oct 2 AND a refund... nothing again...
Oct 2 I was again promised a refund... NOTHING
Oct 5 - Still no corset and again promised twice today I would have my refund... and still nothing.
Requested a tracking number many times and the question was always skirted.
