I want everybody to know how HORRIBLE this company isI had to have my truck towed at 9:30pm on a saturday- I called my insurance to have them send a tow truckThey said they could have somebody there with in the hourso at 10:pm the tow truck showed upThe first thing he asked me was what exactly was wrong with my truckI informed him that it had the "death wobble" he said he's never heard of that and he owns a jeepHe then told me that my insurance said I was only covered for miles and he had to go I informed him my insurance company told me I was covered and there would be no cost to meSo my boyfriend called and talked to our insurance company and they said the shop we wanted to take it to was miles awayAfter arguing with the driver about this we finally agreed my insurance would change the mileage to miles just so we can get our truck towedWe were then told they couldn't take it there because it was a gated shop and they would have to get it ok'ed that we would not have to pay a storage feeThe shop is not gatedAfter another 30-minutes arguing with this company, they realized it was not gated Well then his company told my insurance company that there would be a waiver we needed to sign to state we understood they were not liable for anything that would happen to my vehicle have they dropped it off(which we already presumed that because that is how it works) but we agreed to sign the waiverThe driver as my boyfriend is talking to the insurance informed me that the problem that we were having was that they mapped the route to be miles and his route said milesThere was no way in the world that he could get to the west side of Indy in less than miles unless he was to take a plane.He told me that his boss had told him to just leave but he didn't want to do that to usWell my boyfriend was on hold and the driver told him that they mile route was through town and he was white and didn't want to get bullet holes in his truckHe told the driver that was a little dramatic and he said his boss said the same thing(so basically the only reason he didn't want to take the route my insurance company had mapped out was because he was scared) so after spending 1/hours dealing with this we told our insurance company to send another company we were done dealing with them and they apparently didn't want to tow usThe driver then got crappy and said that wasn't it they weren't going to tow and not get paid for itWe told him to just leave and he was very rude and said I hope you get to the *** you are needing to be and took pictures of my license plate and then peeled off....The reviews for this company is beyond beliefI cannot believe they are still in operationThe driver made it perfectly clear the entire time he did not want to take our truck over on the West sideIts not a safe placeWith every thing happening on the west side, etctried convincing us to take it to a shop in Noblesville where he livesI will be letting everybody know this experience and I hope something will be done by somebodyThe fact they can act like that and treat people like that blows my mind
