Regarding the promised resolution by Lil' John's Tree Service (complaint ID[redacted]). As of today February 4th 2015, I have had no call, email or correspondence of any kind and it has not been satisfied.

Review: I ordered 2 cords of wood and he delivered the first cord on the night we agreed. He was going to return with the second load that same evening and I was not going to be at the house so I paid him (With a check). I came home and no wood. When I called him, he claimed his truck broke down and it would be a few days. Looking back I now know he was buying time for the check to clear. 2 weeks later no wood. I once again had to attempt to contact him. His wife then text me and claimed someone died and that John was out of town and would be back next week and would take care of it. That was FOUR WEEKS ago and he has yet to bring the wood or return any of my calls. I have sent numerous text messages and voice mails with only one response via text on December 12th that he would be here on Tuesday December 16th. As of the 23rd, no wood and whats worse, we heat our home with wood and we are out and don't have the money to order another cord from someone else. This man needs to be stopped from doing business in[redacted] and the State of Virginia. I am also going to pursue the money issue with[redacted] County right after the holidays. Thank you for your attention.Desired Settlement: A complete refund! Revoked Business License, If he even has one. A face to face apology forcing him to "man up" and face those he takes advantage of.

Review: I hired John B[redacted] of Lil John's Tree Service, to remove several trees and grind the remaining stumps. Although I paid for all of the work, he has not completed the job and he has not returned any phone calls or text messages. There is still one tree that needs to be removed and he needs to grind all of the stumps (approximately $250 - $300 worth of work).Desired Settlement: I would like [redacted] to come to the house to finish the work - cut down the last tree and remove the stumps - as we agreed to in the contract,
