Lil Lashes

I ordered two clear magnetic mascaras from them. A few days after they arrived I got around to trying them out. I also gave one to my aunt. I tried mine. Complete and utter joke! Doesn’t work at all. I went on their website to see if their instructions would make a difference. Nothing. Doesn’t work. So I called my aunt and told her to try it. She tells me that she tried it the day before and it didn’t work but that she would try it again. Which she did and again doesn’t work! So I’m thinking no big deal. I email them asking how I go about returning it. And she tells me there’s a 3 day return policy. I said ok well that shouldn’t matter bc you sold me something that doesn’t work at all? I’m supposed to be out of a most $60?! For something that doesn’t work?!

I ordered lashes through lol lashes online February 13, 2020 with 3-5 days shipping on February 20, 2020 I emailed them letting them know I never received my product and that it was still showing it was at the post office in Wisconsin. They replied on Feburary 21, 2020 "Thank you for your patience! We have spoken with the post office
and they said the scanner may have missed scanning it due to high
volume of packages during Valentine's day weekend.So your package should be on the way! Please keep and eye out for
it and keep us updated. We apologies for the inconvenience of no tracking number." On February 26,2020 I sent another email letting them know I still haven't received the item I paid for and they have never gotten back to me to resolve the matter.
