TDFPS has no issues with the operation of the daycarePolicies and procedures are followed as per TDFPS, Every employee must pass a background check, must be over years of age and meet state requirementsOur employees receive training yearlyIt's unfortunate that you can't please everyone and someone has to resort to hateful comments and inaccurate informationAnytime a child is aggressive a behavior plan is put and place or the child may be removed for the aggressive behavior.As per TDFPS parents are informed upon arrival (if a head injury they are called immediately) of any accidents and an incident report is filled out and signed We adhere to TDFPS standards at all timesChildren who are being potty trained do have accidents and dirty clothing is sent in bags, any excessive soiled items, the soil is thrown out, and the clothing is placed in a bag for parent to take home to washPotty training requires the training to be consistent at home and at the daycare
Our daughter was bitten and scratched on several occasions (more than 5) in a matter of weeks by an aggressive child at this daycare They reported a few incidents to us and we had to report a few to them as well She was one of several children that were attacked by this child They refused to terminate the child's enrollment and the owner took offense to the fact that we did not find that acceptable The owner acted very unprofessionally and threatened me by saying that she would get her husband to "handle me" She has no business running a daycare We were told not to put our child here but chose to anyways due to the low price That was a HUGE mistake Please take our advice and pay a few extra dollars to have your child taken care of by a facility that responds to violence in an appropriate way The child was suspended for a half day but other incidents happened after that were more severe And I also got them to admit that our daughter was not the only one being assaulted by this child
Today was the last straw in a string of incidents, including: wet, soaked diapers when we picked her up on several occasions, classrooms over child to teacher ratio, classrooms that smelled like old urine, no reinforcement with potty training (she was already wearing panties at her other daycare and not having accidents all day)
We never knew who her teacher was They had different staff in there daily It wasn't until the last couple of weeks that we saw the same teacher consistently
The only reason we enrolled her at this facility was because our other daycare closed down due to budget issues and it was right down the street Big mistake You get what you pay for
We feel saddened that we believed in this facility to handle the multiple attacks in a responsible manner and they chose to sit back and do nothing until forced My daughter had to suffer and I hate to know that
Horrible!! My children constantly had urine soaked clothing, one of my children had 2head injuries in daysDirector provided pics indicating teacher was over ratioteacher to 8+ babiesDirector was offended by me questioning the ratio, then was very ugly the next dayThey then terminated both of my children's enrollment with NO notice, & lied times about my refund- which is not accurate- charging me for a day after they terminated their enrollment & they were closed that day!Telling me I could fight it in court? Care is horrible, management is horrible & their quote 5* rating is from their director- but she asks that we as parents "trust" them my opinion- DONT!! Not to mention if u go to question the bill & pickup ur kids belongings- they will try to press criminal trespassing chargesUtterly horrible!!!
