We are so sorry for the problems that this customer encountered when they visited our shopThey came in on 3-21-and we replaced the front pads and rotors on this vehicle Our mechanic drove the vehicle and did not hear a noise before the vehicle left On 3-23-they came back in and we pulled codes and found that the sensor had not been reset That was definitely on us We did not hear from them again until 7-26-at which time we warranted their brakes, pads and labor and replaced their brake hoses If the hoses had been the problem from the beginning, they could not have driven the vehicle for months The brakes would have locked up in March or April and they would have had a problem a lot sooner We also checked about the mbetween their and Camry and their concerns about partsThe right parts were put on the right vehicle We use the VIN# when ordering parts. We feel like we did what was right for them at the time Our mechanics are well trained and did what they felt was right We know that our customers expect us to do the work necessary and trust us to look out for their best interest If we had felt at the time that replacing the hoses and adding over $to their bill was needed we would have and that would have been in our best interest If we would have foreseen the problem with the hose we would have replaced it in the beginning We are so sorry for your inconvenience and if you could see your way to revisit our shop in the future, your next oil change will be on us [redacted] ***LIL’ TIRE SHOPPE

Te We’re sorry you’re unhappy with our response, but we stand behind it. Our response was based on our records, experienced technicians, and the facts available to us.If a hose fails, there is not always a fluid leak, sometimes a hose will just collapse. When presented with the facts, this is what happened according to our certified techniciansIf the hose had been compromised in March, your brakes would have failed long before the end of July. When your hose did fail, we paid our technician to replace your brake pads and rotors, at no cost to you, and only charged for the hose and hose installation. According to our records, rear brakes were never recommended. We take care of our customers the best we can, and always look out for their best interest. We value you as a customer and will be sorry to lose you, but if you choose to come back in the future you have a free oil change waiting for you. ll us why here

I am rejecting this response because: he is proving my point of performing services unnecessarilyIf those hose had gone bad like they said, there would have been more evidenceThere was never any leakage of fluids from the hoses nor did the brakes ever fail or that mushy feeling that accompanies that issueIt was only the soundWe let them perform that job but we were also told to replace the back as well I regretted allowing them the chance to fix what they had botched in the first placeI took it to another facility to have the back done and let them know about this sound that still was not resolvedIt was nothing wrong with the back brakes that they told me needed to be replaced I will never trust them to do another thing for meMy coworker brings five of her vehicles there for service and she is done with them as well this was handled very poorlyI just wanted them to know that I was wronged, give them a chance to admit it and make it rightIt's ok that they want to stand behind their technicians during mistakesI will be telling everyone that will listen my experience and disappointment

We are so sorry for the problems that this customer encountered when they visited our shopThey came in on 3-21-and we replaced the front pads and rotors on this vehicle. Our mechanic drove the vehicle and did not hear a noise before the vehicle left. On 3-23-they came
back in and we pulled codes and found that the sensor had not been reset. That was definitely on us. We did not hear from them again until 7-26-at which time we warranted their brakes, pads and labor and replaced their brake hoses. If the hoses had been the problem from the beginning, they could not have driven the vehicle for months. The brakes would have locked up in March or April and they would have had a problem a lot sooner. We also checked about the mbetween their and Camry and their concerns about partsThe right parts were put on the right vehicle. We use the VIN# when ordering parts. We feel like we did what was right for them at the time. Our mechanics are well trained and did what they felt was right. We know that our customers expect us to do the work necessary and trust us to look out for their best interest. If we had felt at the time that replacing the hoses and adding over $to their bill was needed we would have and that would have been in our best interest. If we would have foreseen the problem with the hose we would have replaced it in the beginning. We are so sorry for your inconvenience and if you could see your way to revisit our shop in the future, your next oil change will be on us. *** ***LIL’ TIRE SHOPPE
