Review: I married in april 2010 and hired [redacted] of L.I.L.A Images as my photographer. I paid up front for his services $800.00. This was to cover everything including my wedding album. I have contacted him numerous times inquiring when I will receive my wedding album. He gives the same excuse of having to check his hard drive and that he will call me back but he never does. The last time I have contacted him was Tuesday Jan 15th 2013, again I received the same excuse. It has now been almost 3 yrs and we still do not have our wedding album. I want one of two resolutions: my wedding album delivered ASAP with the photos I picked and sent to him OR a refund for the cost of the album. This is unacceptable and unprofessional for a business. I have been more than patient and understanding but this can not go on. I paid him in full and he has not honored the contract.

Business' Initial Response

Original album was not delivered. Original wedding files have been located and another album is in the process of being created and ordered for print. Not including time to produce and put together album, album cost is $85. I plan on showing proof to client of album being ordered no later than 3/20/13 (can't promise shipping date), If no proof is submitted to client before that date I will gladly refund client the cost of the album.

Good morning. It has been a week since Lila Images was supposed to provide me with something in regards to my complaint. I never heard from him so need to know what the next step is. Thank you.

After hiring this individual 5 times I felt I should write a review. We first hired Lila Images to shoot our engagement photos in November 2008 after seeing his previous work. We loved them and the photographers work and personality so we hired him for a wedding in Tahoe 2009. We are no easy family to work with, and on such a stressful and busy day, he was by our side the whole time. He did the little things that he didn't need to as a photographer such as get me water, went back to the hotel to grab a bridesmaids shoes, always opened the door for my fiance and I. We received our wedding photos 2 weeks later and they were stunning! A year later I was pregnant and guess who also does the most beautiful maternity photos, Lila Images, so of course we hired him again and once again were amazed at his professionalism and work! He has since also did my newborn photos and I have had 2 kids since my wedding, he has done all the work and we actually consider him family! This is the touch I am looking for when working with a business involving my family! It's been a pleasure doing business with this individual and heck, I'm positive he will be doing my kids H.S. senior photos!
