I completely refuse what [redacted] (one of the owners) is statingThe limo was not a passenger limo like we ordered, we were told by other companies that saw us get out at the venue it was for maximumWe could not refuse the limo for several reasonsFirst we did not know the AC was broken until we were crammed in the small limo and en route, secondly there were other issues besides the AC not working including one of the back doors not opening as well as the general run down condition of the limo which we wouldn't have known till we were inside so how could we have refused it? We were NEVER EVER offered a replacement limo from Lila Limo so that is an out right lie....we had to wait outside the venue missing 1/of the concert calling around to get another limo to take us home! In addition I called [redacted] the morning after the event to ask for the refund and tell him what happenedHe agreed immediately to a full refund and asked for me to call back on Monday and he would processI called back on Monday and he again agreed to the full refund, said I would have my full refund by end of week and then never processed itI can provide phone logs of all of the calls I made over a month and a half period to [redacted] and Lila Limo to get this refund processedEach time he would give me a story of why it hadn't been done yet...he needed to earn more money over the weekend, he was in the hospital, he had food poisoning...always somethingI have voicemail's from him stating he was so sorry it wasn't processed and would be getting me my full refund by "X' dateIf he would like me to replay those for him, to refresh his memory on how many times he promised me a full refund, I canI will settle for nothing less then the refund of my $and have been beyond patient with [redacted] and Lila Limo Final Business Response / [redacted] (4000, 11, 2015/11/17) */ The customer has disputed the charge and we have accepted liability in the disputeThey have the full $thewy requested back in the spirt of good customer service Final Consumer Response / [redacted] (2000, 13, 2015/11/20) */ (The consumer indicated he/she ACCEPTED the response from the business.) The day was over 90 degrees. The limo was the capacity she ordered. It will only cool about 15 degrees. If she wanted a complete refund she should have refused the limo. They got to the event using the service and we offered a replacement limo...

I completely refuse what [redacted] (one of the owners) is stating. The limo was not a 14 passenger limo like we ordered, we were told by other companies that saw us get out at the venue it was for 12 maximum. We could not refuse the limo for several reasons. First we did not know the AC was broken until we were crammed in the small limo and en route, secondly there were other issues besides the AC not working including one of the back doors not opening as well as the general run down condition of the limo which we wouldn't have known till we were inside so how could we have refused it?
