Our goal at the Petty Garage is outstanding customer service and very satisfied customers We have spoken with Mr*** several times and I was under the impression we had reached an agreement on our last conversationWhat we proposed was that Mr *** take his car to the local ***
dealer and have the repairs made and we would cover all expensesOR he could have the dealership where he works send us a estimate and we would send payment to have the parts installed. We proposed the local *** dealer since the Mustang is still covered by factory warranty which cover items such as a faulty fog lamp and they have experience installing aftermarket performance parts from both Petty Garage Cars and *** We also told Mr *** that once he send the invoice for the repairs we will gladly send him an additional $for gas We believe our offer to have the installation of parts and of agreeing to add the $for gas is a good faith offer and one that would reduce or eliminate any cost for him. We have not sent him the $because we have been witting for a invoice for having the work performed. We are more then willing to pay for installing the parts as a local shop we prefer the local *** dealer because this is a new Mustang and we have a partnership with *** We open to suggestions from the Revdex.com to close this complaint

In a show of good faith we will be sending a check for $.later this week in addition we will be contacting the customer filing the complaint regarding the king edition badging and other plateshe should expect to hear from out parts manager within a few days

We received the pictures from [redacted] on 1/8/16 and had our lead technician look at them to decide what we needed to do to fix the situation. We contacted [redacted] and advised we would have to order parts. The parts arrived and we set up the time and replace the parts for [redacted] on 1/26/16. This is taken...

care of.

I am rejecting this response because:
I wanted to add as well that when I got the replacement tail for the trunk lid it did not say " by petty" like all the cars do for badging    I still have not received the name engraved plate with my kids names on it and have not received the king premier badging as promised with the 727 upgrade.     Thank you for your help.    With this bill I know we agreed to $973 with is the bill plus detail and full tank of gas.  Thank you  [redacted]
