Not going to get in a pissing match with Ben There IS a reason his OWN website has negative customer reviews, including one review that says the Office /...."Doesnt have a clue." Yes the numbers do NOT add up, whether it was apps as I was told, or to as the Staff said, it dont matter I am the customer, and the Office Staff verified yesterday in front of a witness that I have FIVE apps left that I paid for Which is why another customer review says they are "unscrupulous" Ben should be concerned about correcting his staff, and their rude behavior.....hanging up when the witness had just verifed from them I had apps left, and asked are they gonna refund the money or not, and she got nasty and hung up......not a he said, she said situation., but witnesssed, as well as similar complaints of the same manner from previous customers, as well similar complaints with the Revdex.com $is unacceptable, as I spent over $on Scotts Turf Builder, Spectrcide, Weed & Feed, etc, as well as $for another company to do a real core aeration.......I have asked the gal several times on the phone, as well as yesterday, to talk to Ben directly, and this would have been resolved immediaitely However, when I have asked to talk to Ben, or to have Ben call me, she got defensive, and at times nasty, and refused to have him call, and when I got a little more assertive, and told her I wanted to talk to Ben directly, her response was a sarcastic and nasty......"Good Luck".....and when I asked for his cell phone to call him directly, she flat out refused to give me his number Such a shame, as I was happy with their service last year, but this year, it is exactly as the reviews from previous customers

I cannot comment on any 'he said, they said' comments; however, I have verified the signed agreement and we are extending a courtesy well beyond what was agreed too by refunding for aeration service(s) of which Mr*** had concerns regarding. Total refunded amount is $ 107.62. All other services have been received accordingly
I do not condone the language or tone of which Mr*** is using or threatening actions of a negative nature. Please be respectful. Thank you!

- Bareground Weed Control 4/19/ - Bareground Weed Control 4/17/ - Customer Bankruptcy in 2014, No Service - Bareground Weed Control 4/21/ - Bareground Weed Control 4/1/ - Bareground Weed Control 3/14/17 Our company followed the same protocol with this customer as instructed by Don B*** at Reliable Spray Service, Inc. The service that was done by don b*** was a spray of weeds in the front basement and front yard when I received a notice from the city that I was fined for notious weed control the weeds were up about two feet high he spray them and they diedThis company came in without consent and sprayed the entire driveway which is gravel and I do not spray that with anything like pre emergence If when don was there and saw a weed along the fenceline or in the rear fence he would spray it again with a spray for weeds that were already obvious, at no extra charge and for the rest of the season at no extra charge if they returnedDon uses a different spray then this companythis company does pre emergence several times a year to prevent weeds about applications and at a cost of around $for the seasonthis company does not offer a spray for weeds already up and presentThis is totally a different service and I did not want it and they did it anyway without permission or a simple phone call this is unacceptable and I am not going to pay for services I do not needWhen no one is home to get a consent they do not belong on peoples property if I am at work and companies can come and do what ever they want while im at work I would go brokeI plan to pursue this if neccessary until my point is understood they are taking advantage of people and forcing there service on them which is a different service entirely

It was verified by the woman ansswering the phone, several times, on several phone calls, one of which I have a witness....that I have FIVE appliclations left that I PAID for She gave various excuses as to why the are refusing to do those apps....such as I canceled.....lie, I canceled, and said to send me the balance, she shot back that they dont give refunds So I instructed Bensway to do only what I paid for, and nothing else Yesterday, she started on the phone with my witness, that they are refusing to complete the serivce, because I was upset with them, and when he tried to clarify that NONE of the circumstances matter, but I had PREPAID for more applications, and she got nasty and hung up; and refused to when after several attempts to call back It is too late in the season for those applications I already paid for, so I want a refund
Just like the customer comments said, the office staff is unscrupulous, and doesnt have a clue The correct way to handle this would have been to say, I'm sorry for the misunderstanding, and we will correct the mistakes.....just like the Revdex.com has a complaint saying the same thing from another customer The business like way would to try to keep my business And when I said I would give a bad customer review, act like a low class punk and tell me they will sue for slander......thats what the customer reviews are for......and they have very few positive reviews, most are negative.....so you can see there is a pattern of deceptive practices from the office staff In any case, this is also sent to the State Attny Gen Whether I get reimbursed for my prepaid money or not, I will make sure when people ask who I have for a yard service, I will be sure to tell them not to do business with Bensway, unless I receive a refund and apology Unless they are his parents, Ben needs to take a closer look at his office staff, and read the customer reviews about his staff......Unscrupulous is NOT very flattering

I appreciate the inquiry by Mr*** regarding his services with our company. I am saddened he is disappointed with our aeration method which has proven results, lessens turf and irrigation system damage, and eliminates disease transfer from lawn to lawn
Mr*** received
of the aerations he stated was promised to receive; of which where the method he is disputing. I will gladly refund his prepaid amount for those two aeration visits totaling $107.62. Mr*** stated he was promised to receive lawn application visits; of which we have provided visits from July through June 2016. Please note, all site visits are time stamped and gps verified

I am rejecting this response because: In my complaint against Bensway spray service also under Lilac lawncare I was addressing 3 main issues. First one is they got my information from Reliable spray service showing all the times my property was sprayed but they never used the phone number to call me they came and sprayed without my knowledge when I was at work. I have never signed anything with them for a revolving service. Second they did a partial spray service as they did not spray what reliable spray did in all the past years applications missing a large portion of the property and if they would have called first I would have told them where to spray. Third is they expect payment and now I would have to pay them and someone else to complete the job because they do not use a contact spray that kills weeds when they are up in bloom this company only uses pre emergence sprays to kill seeds before it pops and turns into a weed and that is not what I was using when they sprayed my property in previous years in April. So please find out why they cannot follow current service laws so I can fix this problem and we can close this case. Thank you for your time sincerely, [redacted]
