Purchased a glass nail for $29.99. The price cracked on it's own after less then 12 hours of ownership.
Upon noticing the crack the store was contacted via telephone. The women who answered told me she was the manager and was rude, accused me of lying and being otherwise negligent with the equipment I purchased. Complete lack of customer service skills and a rip off to boot. I'm out 30$ for something that was never functional. Attached is the receipt.
I want a refund of $29.99 for the defective equipment.
We post signs that state all sales are final, however we are reasonable, and do take back items with obvious defects or if a buyer picks the wrong size glass accessory and returns item in the next day or so. But we do not take back used items of any kind.
(The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.)
The manager did not bother to even ask if the item was used or not before accusing me of being dishonest. The item was unused and has since been thrown out since it had a huge crack in it. Lili's is an apathetic business with no regard for customers.
