Review: I ordered items in April 2013 that have never been delivered, even though I have already been charged for them. I ordered items from this company in April of 2013 and was charged $56.01 on 4/17/13. I have never received any of the products. There is never anyone to answer the toll-free line and calls are not returned. I have communicated a few times by email and the person has said that the items were sent and that she would send them again. When I didn't receive them, I contacted her again and she said it "slipped her mind." After continuous attempts to get this resolved, she said on 7/2/13 that she had another shipment ready to go, but I still have not received any items. Now they will not answer my emails or phone messages.Desired Settlement: I would like the $56.01 that I have paid to be refunded.
