I am rejecting this response because:The store was not well lit at all, I can go back in and provide pictures*** * ***. When I was 'inspecting' the drum, the lady told me to stop or I would ruin it because they come tattered from manufacturer. The receipt states no refunds, however, they also sold a used drum as new.I have since purchased a new drum, and it's clean and not tatteredI showed the Lillo's drum to different instrument stores and they both said it's been used heavilyMakes sense now that they didn't have the original drum box. I require a refund on a dishonest, shady sale
