At the beginning of Sept they asked if people would be interested in a little Halloween dressI replied yes and the following day ordered (9-8-16) for paid by credit cardI tried to get in touch with them after a couple of weeks and received a pat answerSo I continued to wait as I needed to get these to my grand kids before Halloween so that they could enjoy them weeks ago I got on their FB site and found that they were selling this dress for 90% off and I still haven't received mineGot an answer at one point that they were mailing in order receivedI ordered on the 8th of Septthe day after they first postedTold them I wanted a refund and received no replyI have called phone# to no answer, I have e-mailed and have also FB to no availNever an answerReceived the package when I was not home and today I'm sending it back as I told them previously I wanted a refundSent FB message today and told them If I did not hear from then ASAP I would bash them on FBThey are lousy to work with as they do not reply to many messages sentToday I got phone # and they will not pick up either

Absolutely horrible customer service. There isn't a phone number given just an email address that no one answers. After numerous attempts on facebook finally got someone to tell me that my order which was placed 6 weeks ago is no where near ready to even be shipped. They claim it will still take a couple more weeks, at that point the product is useless to me. They had no problem charging my credit card which will now be disputed because of the horrible service I am receiving. This company screams scam...nothing takes this long anymore.
