I know someone who was getting lily care for a while. Now she got turned down due to the income of her husband and herself income. Her husband has nothing to do with her getting insulin. If this company keeps doing this they will go out of business for wrongfully turning down patients. How can you guys be so heartless to recent customers by changing the rules and regulations? Very sickened by this. Should be ashamed of yourselves!

I am on the Lilly Cares Patient Assistance Program. I take Basaglar and Lilly Cares has been providing the medication assistance through their program. I tried for almost two weeks and the wait time on their contact telephone line has been as high as 118 minutes. I was told last week after contacting Eli Lilly, the manufacturer of the Diabetic medication that it would be shipped out yesterday overnight and I would be receiving it today. I did not receive it. Call wait time today was merely 68 minutes. It is a despicable and negligent practice and Lilly Policy that in order to receive the medication you have to call the pharmacy and arrange for delivery, and then get told your wait time is 118 minutes, 68 minutes, 94 minutes, and 77 minutes among others I have received. You really cannot expect a person to stay on line 118 minutes just to give them your address, which they already know.
