I am extremely disappointed in the Oh Shello Cooler product and the customer service I purchased this cooler in the Spring for a planned summer vacation in July I used it for the first time on our vacation and the lining ripped and the seam at the strap became unraveled after one trip to the beach not to mention it leaks as soon as you bring it in the sun What a waste of money and product! I could not believe the horrible quality I called lilly and the best they could do was offer me store credit which I find appalling for a defective product(Also, when I purchased this there were not any reviews yet--had I seen the horrible reviews I would have saved my money) When I shared my frustrations about the quality with the manger on the phone she said that all of their home goods are outsourced 3rd party and all Lilly does is authorize the use of the name Shame on you Lilly for not holding your brand accountable! Had I purchased this from Nordstrom they would have refunded me immediately My advice to consumers is to not shop at Lilly directly They do not serve their loyal customersUpdate: I received an email stating my return had been received and that I would receive my gift card in 1-business days after business days I called Lilly and the woman was so rude to me when I shared how disappointed I was in their customer service She asked if I wanted to write down the gift card number I asked her if she would please email it to me as I never received an email with the information in the first place I asked her what her name was and she hung up on Never EVER again will I shop Lilly Shame on you Shameful

I ordered three items during the Lilly Pulitzer “After Party Sale” on September **, I was aware that all sales were final However, on October *, I received an email stating that of the three items I purchased would not be sent because they “oversold” these itemsOne of the items that was oversold was part of a gift which rendered the gift unusable so I called customer service and explained the situation in the hope that they would allow me to cancel the one item I would still receive that was useless without the other half and they said there was nothing they could do for meI also asked them if they could substitute with something they had in stock and was told noIn my opinion this practice of overselling is deceitful and it is wrong to not work with their customers to fix the error which was totally their fault

Update: I received an email stating my return had been received and that I would receive my gift card in 1-3 business days after 6 business days I called Lilly and the woman was so rude to me when I shared how disappointed I was in their customer service. I asked her what her name was and she hung up on. Never EVER again will I shop Lilly. Shame on you. Shameful.
