I ordered my $product on Oct10thI received my confirmation email the same day The confirmation email told me to expect the product within to business days It is now October 25th, and with multiple calls to their customer service line, as well as multiple emails being sent to their customer service I have just now been notified that my product has not even been sent, but was only SCHEDULED for shipment, as of yesterdayIt has been days since I placed the orderExpected it in a few days, but now I'm sure I'll be waiting another - Business daysAll in all, I paid nearly $just for shippingWhy would I be made to pay for shipping when it will be days late by the time I get it!!?! Not happy
