I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID 10760869, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.
Thank you for the additional information which allowed us to
locate the proper account. We show that
the account was originally placed with us on 3/24/10 for $166.62 and was first
credit reported on 5/4/10. We received a
dispute from the consumer on 6/3/15, which was validated by the creditor,
Southland Sanitation on 6/4/15. A
validation letter was forwarded to the consumer on 6/4/15 which included a copy
of the past due invoice #20120 for Residential Disposal Services rendered in
the 2009-2010 year. Per Southland
Sanitation, no contract/agreement is required for Residential Services. We reached out to Southland Sanitation this
morning to see if they can give us any additional information however, as it
stands today, the debt is valid and has been reported to the credit bureaus as
a disputed account.
