I met Lily Lee Fashion at our Holy Convacation she took my measurement for a dress which was for our 25 Pastor & wife anniversary, I gave her $100 down she later charge my card $250 plus $ 20 for shipping the dress was supposed to be a one piece, she sent a two piece which was two big,
I have purchase two dresses, because she promises to take care of me, she sent one dress which was to small I sent it back and along with the first dress which was to big.
This Lady has $350 of my money and contumely sending pictures of clothes I ask her to aloud me to pick out a dress just to close the deal on the two peice. She now tells me the policy is no exchange. No exchange you never aloud me to pick out a dress for my $350 this is not fair or right I have calll text and she will not answer I told her I will go on all social media until this women return or give me something for $ 350.00

Review: On May **, 2014, I placed an order for a suit to be made. I paid a $50.00 deposit and was verbally given a 2 week delivery date. After frequent calls and text messages I have received nothing. I was promised that my deposit would be returned in several conversations, but have received nothing. I have given her more than enough time to resolve this issue. I just want my money returned since she cannot provide the merchandise promised.I have my cancelled check, order form, and text messages between us.Desired Settlement: I just want my $50 returned. I don't give money away for nothing.

Review: I ordered 8 hats from lily lee fashion website about a month ago, which I received two weeks later. However, the hats were not completed, some of the hats were missing stones, colors were faded, hats looked different from what I ordered. Glues were running from hats, feathers weren't the colors ordered from hats, papers and plastic were visible in the edges and all the hats were messy. So I called the number that was provided on their site and left a message to let them know that I've returned their hats back on the same day I received them which was on May [redacted] 2014. Since then, I haven't received my refund which is a total of $586.00. I called over and over and left messages several times,and when I finally got to talk to [redacted] she's telling me, she can't give me the full amount, and would like to give me 80% because she doesn't make the hats. Also, she stated that, HATS ARE NOT REFUNDABLE, which is not true. Their site states Refund, Returns and Cancellation Policies:

If you are not happy with your purchase, please return the item in the same condition as it was recieved and we will refund you the purchase price of the item.Also, call us by phone for an autherization number within 7 business days of your purchase.

I'm very upset and don't know what to do anymore. I want my money back.Desired Settlement: I want my money back....I'm very upset. The site is giving false advertisement, I returned their items, and in return they should evaluate their business and be professional at it.
