Review: Lily Properties tore down and rebuilt the rowhouse adjacent to our home in Center City [redacted] starting in May 2012 and, in the process, disassembled a large part of our roof without our consent, took down a fence from our roof without our consent, and accessed our roof without our consent on numerous occasions. In addition, they removed a wall from the back of our property, which they promised to finish and paint to match our home; instead, they covered the whole with stucco that cracked immediately, and they never painted the area. They also broke our front steps, which they did fix, but a crack remains. Finally, the owner, [redacted] promised to pay cleaning fees for our home from all the brick dust, but never paid.

Also, we believe that the company is not actually located in Moorestown, New Jersey, but the website listed is correct.Desired Settlement: [redacted] lawyer wrote our lawyer a letter offering $2000 for the repairs (our estimate was closer to $3000 based on roofer and mason estimates), but now we can't reach his lawyer to get our money. We just want to receive the money we are due so we can repair our property.
