Review: I had brought in a 2 piece women's suit and shirt to be pressed early Monday morning. I had wanted the suit to be professional handled for an early morning interview scheduled for Wednesday. I went to pick it up the next day but it was not ready. I had a friend of mine pick up the dry cleaning for me since I would be at work. Unfortunately because of lack of professionalism and attention to detail the Lily's cleaners attendant gave the wrong garment which was 3 man's pants cleaned and pressed. Worse for me I was not able to attend the interview and lost out on a job opportunity. I brought back the other customer's garments and asked for a refund after explaining the situation. I should not have to pay for this service when I did not receive my items at the agreed time which was Tuesday afternoon. I was told by the attendant that even though they made an obvious mistake, that I would not receive a full refund. According to them they are allowed to accept money, and credit cards but cannot issue a refund only store credit. I would not trust this cleaners with my garments ever again and would like my money back in full. It is only right and that is the very least they can do in regards to customer service. Beware.Desired Settlement: I would like my money returned to me in full immediately within a month's time.
