I am the owner and I did her nails. The customer did not indicate that she wanted the $18.00 job.  At the end she stated she did not want to pay $25.00. I told her I would remove what I did and do the $18.00 job and refund the $7.00. She declined and then went on Facebook and said terrible...

things about me. She then came back and I told her I no longer would do business with her.  I offered a solution and she declined.
