Per our policies that are agreed to at checkout, we do not accept returns on custom made itemsI asked the customer if she has separated and fluffed up the layer (see screen shot of email) She told me she didShe sent back the items, attached is the first picture is how I received themThey did not look like they had been separated at allThe second two pictures are after I separated and fluffed the layers on one of the tutus, the other I left as I received it to show the differenceWhile not on a dog or a figure like the product picture (see attached) they sure do look similar to meAs I mentioned to the customer, as this was an unauthorized return, the items can go back to her or we work with a yorkie rescue in Texas that takes our returns and we can donate the items to themThere is no basis for this complaint and I would like to see all reference to it removed

They finally contacted me and informed me that they processed a refund Dec 15, 2015, which they didIt would have been nice of them to even inform me that they were unable to fulfill my order and to look out for the refund at that time, which they failed to doHORRIBLE! Never again! Thank you

I'm unable to see the photos the business sent to you, so I'm not sure what they look like.  All I know is what was supposed to be $70 in quality tutus looked like more like headbands. That is terrible customer service in my opinion. Poor customer service and poor product quality and completely unsatisfied customer.
