Review: I ordered a cobination plate chicken and broccoli with pork fried rice for delivery. After more than 30 min. My order shows up cold and without the proper amount of chicken which left me confused because I paid $9.20 plus a tip coming out to $10. Exactly. So I called the establishment back and requested that they either make a fresh hot plate with the proper amount of chicken or please refund my money and I was denied both and they were extremely rude!Desired Settlement: I payed $9.20 plus delivery totaling in $10. For chicken and broccoli combination plate. I feel that for all that I went through with rude service and a late delivery ruining the quality of the food and the false advertising of not getting the amount of chicken in order to meet stantard satisfaction I should be able to get a full refund!
