I initially went to Lima because I heard the prices were reasonable and the variety of tiles were goodWhen picking out tiles based upon Roland and Joe's recommendations I was told that I shouldn't worry they would" take care of me" if I needed to change anything, if I had extra boxes, or needed more tileFast forward, when I received the marble tiles one type was different kind than what I was charged for and the others all damagedThis is $worth of tile, and my contractor stated that the marble couldn't be used I went back to Lima and was told he wouldn't touch the tile or fix the situationThis guy fully took advantage of me, #LIED, #UP CHARGED for Marble Calcutta when I received Marble Carreira, #SHIPPED DEFECTIVE PRODUCT - DO NOT GO TO THESE AWFUL PEOPLE - I am that first supports smaller businesses but then when you realize bad businness people exist you are better going to a Tile Shop or Tile America because you will 100% get quality and they will address any issues, you may pay more but its worth it - I feel I should gone that route in the first place
