I had a solar system installed on my home by Verde Solar Power located in Cornville, AZThe owner Greg C [redacted] was deceptive in describing my tax rebate/Federal Tax Credit from the government as well as in his description of the savings I would enjoy by installing his solar systemMy last APS bill was nearly $A far cry from the deep discounts Greg promisedThis isn't the first time my solar bill has been highI believe there were only two months out of months that my bill was under $Shortly after I had the unit installed, I contacted Greg regarding my high APS bills and he suggested I change plans and lower my usageI did change plans and did my best to lower my usageThat helped lower my bills minimally but they were still very highAfter receiving my last bill, I contacted APS and was told by their representative that the problem was not solely with my usage but that the main problem is that the system Verde Solar Power installed on my sq ft home is inadequateIt is too small and not capable of returning enough power to APS to lower my electric bill significantlyI was told by APS I should receive low to moderate savings with the size system Verde Solar Power installedThat is NOT what I paid $for! When I reached out to Greg for help with this problem, he was extremely unprofessional and refused to assist me in finding a resolutionHe cursed at me and told me he was too busy to deal with my situation
