Review: More than two years ago I stopped using this company to host my domain name. The web page is no longer active--you can't even find it. This company keeps trying to charge my credit card for $1.00 transactions--yet the transaction never posts. My credit card cannot issue a Stop Payment against the vendor because these transactions never post.
I tried calling the 800-number; I get a voice mail greeting in Spanish and then the phone just rings and rings. I can't through to anyone to resolve this.Desired Settlement: I want the vendor to stop attempting to bill my credit card.
