Merchant misrepresented his products capabilitiesAfter being asked several times if the golf cart would pull hills in our subdivision and the sales rep confirming that they would we put down a deposit on the golf cart A friend that bought the same cart that day had to return hers that lives in our subdivision They had to upgrade to a bigger more expensive cart that I cannot afford to do The sales rep told us it would pull our hills and if it did not we would work something out with our depositHe stopped answering our calls once we told him we wanted a refund We have disputed the charges with our credit card company and a refund is pending I never took possession of the golf cart The dealer has had it this entire time He has not lost anything He has had the cart there is no use from us on the cart because we never took it with us It is our deposit we would like back since the cart doe not perform as promised
