Review: I went to the Outlet center and liked a couch and love seat set. They said they were cheap, and seemed nice so I went with them. Decided to take the couch and loveseat. Told them I would be back the next day to pick it up. Bought it on the 15th and picked it up on the 16th. When I arrived on the 16th, I went inside to tell the staff that I was there so they could bring my purchased items out for me. Not the case. I have a bad back, and the staff member told me that he was the only one working so I had to help him lift the couch and loveseat to my car in order to take them home with me. I was absolutely furious!!! My back pain is pretty severe and carrying a couch and a loveseat did not help. I have been out of commission for 3 days now. Luckily, I do not currently work. As I probably would have gotten fired.

It is not the customer's responsibility to load their own furniture. If it was, they should have said that at the time of the sale. That was NOT disclosed. I ended up really hurting my back more for something that should have been done for me. The assistance was terrible and was not helpful at all. I also asked them about the current special with $899 (including at couch, loveseat and 14 items) at the ashley store, and I paid $800 for just my couch and loveseat.. But they insisted that they could not do anything.. Where on their website they said they do "ad" matches.

This was horrible customer service, I will not be recommending this business to anyone! My back is in so much pain and this should have never happened!!!Desired Settlement: I would like them to make an adjustment to my bill (credit card) $100 for what I had to go through as a customer (under [redacted]) This was absolutely unnecessary. We thought we were doing a good thing and ended up paying for it in the end!

I am rejecting this response because: I did not ever receive a paper from the company. I paid with the credit card. The man their said someone would be there to help me load, and on my way I went. I was never given anything other than a receipt. I specifically asked if there would be someone their to help load it, and he said "yes, there will be two guys here to help load". I said Great, Thanks!

You may have given out that paper, but I for sure did not receive one. I was told something too that did not happen. As a result, this is why I am very frustrated about how this was handled.

Review: furniture was delivered to my home and 2 items were returned for credit under sales order [redacted]. when I signed the delivery invoice, the delivery person said that the office would issue a credit refund for the 2 items being returned.Desired Settlement: full refund for $149 box spring (not needed for a platform bed) and $99 pillows (moss color when I needed tan) plus sales tax paid. I paid $10,100 cash for this order at the [redacted] location! thank you
