I ordered a product from the [redacted] .com websiteThat was my first time ordering a product from the websiteWhat I ordered was incorrectI had order the [redacted] Grill with the removeable plates, not the one that I receivedLong story short I have emailed the company to try and get the process on how to return this productWhen I email to get a return label, which it states in the contract that I get free returns, they give me the run aroundThey just sent me an email that states that they are not responsible for sending me a label to return this itemOn top of all of this they are charging me a 20% restocking feeI have tried on numerous occasions to just get a return label and return it, so that this nightmare can be overI just want to return the item and get my money backI have emails back and fourth with this company, clearing showing that I have asked several times for this items to be returnedI have contacted [redacted] .com and have put in a claim with them as we

This is the second time I ordered from this company, and the second time they sent the wrong productI am a physician and ordered gig flashdrives to interface with a certain type of medical equipment that takes ONLY or gig flashdrivesLG advertises through [redacted] .com and advertised a 10-pk of USBs that were supposedly gigFor the second straight time, they sent me gig flashdrives in a bag labeled 2gig In a situation LG might assume that the consumer shouldn't care b/c they're getting MORE than the advertised amount of memoryBut, in this case, it's detrimental b/c my equipment does not recognize 4gig flashdrivesTo me, they're unusableOn top of this, I paid $for expedited shipping to get the wrong productAnd on top of that, their customer service department has ridiculously limited hours

Having the unfortunate experience of dealing with this company because they are a walmart.com vendor(largest retailer in the world if the name gets redacted) Shame on you Walmart(again, largest retailer/company in the world if the name is redacted)! Product delivery promised between 12/and 12/ According to UPS (the brown shipping company in case redacted, (only getting help from them because of another Revdex.com complaint) the product was not delivered to them for shipment until 12/28! Limited Goods will not pick up the phone as they have a message that says it's busy because of the holiday season I sent an email to which I received an automated response I would get a response within hours, and it has been multiple days without any response Wondering if delivery will ever happen All companies involved should be ashamed of the way they are doing business here

I ordered a *** *** camera through *** I did not realize it was outsourced to another company I paid extra $ to get the camera prior to our vacation I never received the camera I contacted Limited Goods and they refused to send me another camera I live in a gated community for years now and have deliveries all the time Not once have I not received an item They were rude on the phone and in their e-mail response According the representative from *** they are contracted to ensure delivery If they do not replace the camera *** will no longer allow them to do business through them

Horrible customer service with inactive phoneThey knowingly shipped a cancelled order so that they assess a 20% restocking feeVERY shady company stay far far away

Limited Goods aka MyGoods is a super shady company They sent me a USED product, which I returned at my own cost and they charged me a 20% restocking fee for their misconduct DO NOT BUY from this scammer! I bought from them on Walmart.com thinking I would have Walmart as a backup for customer service, but they were powerless to do anything MyGoods/Limited Goods does not even know what Customer Service means They kept repeating their ignorance in emails that did not address the issue, only reminding me that they were charging me for their bad behavior STAY AWAY!!
