I have reviewed the concerns of Ms. [redacted] and would like to state the following:
Ms. [redacted] purchased a used 2003 [redacted] on or about December 7, 2012. In early January of 2014, Ms. [redacted] had car trouble and it was determined that she needed the engine computer replaced. Ms. [redacted]'s 6 month/6000 mile warranty had expired at that time and she was responsible for the costs associated with the repair. The repair work was completed and Ms. [redacted] was a happy customer until approximately, three weeks ago, when she began having trouble with her car again. The vehicle was towed at our expense and it was determined that the engine computer was once again bad. The engine computer was re­ordered and this expense was covered under warranty. Ms. [redacted]'s vehicle is now repaired and has been sitting on our lot since Friday, September 12, 2014 for her to pick up. During the time of Ms. [redacted]'s repair we have had numerous conversations with her and have given her a loaner car to use until the repair could be completed.
Unfortunately, due to the terms of our Retail Installment Contract we are unable to take Ms. [redacted]'s vehicle in trade until the loan has been paid in full and we have explained this to her. I believe that we have been more than accommodating to Ms. [redacted] and truly wish that we could have satisfied all her wishes.

contacted by Limited Motors say my [redacted] was ready to come get it.. When I asked what the bill was on it [redacted] couldn't give me an answer for that.. Said he was going to get a bill faxed over and call him later.. I told them I didn't want the car that couldn't they switch me out. He said no due too what I owe. I feel like this I shouldn't have to fork out nothing for the bill on repairs or for a months worth of payments due to they've had my car in their possession for almost a month and the loaner had no a/c, only 2 windows roll down, and looked like a riding billboard sign.. Can u please help out with this part?
