forth in our original agrreement, but he began adding on jobs that I had not written into our original agreement.I drew up a revision to the original as described under "Terms Conditions" of the signed agreement to include these charges. I presented [redacted] with the revised contract but after reading it refused to acknowledge this revision folded it up and returned it to the envelope, laid it down upon the window sill. I completed that day working gathered all my tools and went home and deceided I would not invest any more time or money into the project for fear of getting taken advantage of. I waited to get paid before I would do any more. He emailed me derogatory messages so I cut all communcation with him. I then sent him a letter of intent to file a lein to both his place of business [redacted] and [redacted] as explained in the original contract. Now he tells me he changed ownersihp of that property to someone else and not to sent it to his known place of business. I also hired another licensed Electrical Contractor who personally witnessed and tried to reason against [redacted]'s attitude in demanding that I get a ruff-in inspection even when there was no kitchen ceiling framing installed to attach the wiring to.1) I worked for [redacted] and he refuses to pay me for materials and labor I put into that house. 2) He needs to make IBI aware that the house was improperly wired violation NEC 334.30 and to remove my permit to any liability resulting from that unsafe condition and also making any future occupant aware of the situation before moving in. 3) [redacted] owes me $4195.00Thanks again for your business.
