Dear [redacted]:
We received your letter dated December 21, 2015, regarding the Complaint referenced above on December 28, 2015. Our delay is due to the fact that the letter was addressed to a defunct company at an old address (incorrect address: [redacted] Wireless at [redacted]...

[redacted] Bonita Springs, FL [redacted]). We have done our best to respond as quickly as possible, however, we also needed time to research the Customer's issues. With regard to [redacted]'s issue, the following actions were documented on her account:
11/4/15 - [redacted] called Limitless Mobile (Limitless) about service issues. Limitless resells the Services of [redacted] and Submitted a trouble ticket to [redacted] on this date in regard to the service issues.
11/6/15 - [redacted] called to report that she had limited service in her house. Limitless advised her that two trouble tickets had been submitted to [redacted] on her behalf. [redacted] stated she expected the issue to be resolved and Limitless explained it might take longer than 48 hours as [redacted] had to investigate the cause of the service problem. Limitless offered a $10 courtesy credit for the inconvenience. [redacted] accepted and her account was credited.
The ticket response from [redacted] reported no outages or service issues for [redacted]'s area at the times noted.Limitless advised [redacted] that it was likely a phone issue and asked her to take the phones into a store so they could be checked and serviced (if needed). [redacted] elected not to bring the phones into one of the four Limitless retail stores to have them checked and serviced.
11/15/15 - [redacted] went to the Limitless [redacted] Mall ([redacted]) store as she was still having issues with receiving service on her phone and stated she had no service at home. A Limitless representative noted that her service was poor at the [redacted] store. The Limitless representative determined that [redacted] has been having this issue for a couple of weeks, but not as long as she has had the phones. The Limitless representative swapped the SIM cards for both phones and it improved the service in the Limitless store.12/28/15 - Limitless received [redacted]'s complaint from Revdex.com. [redacted] now states that she can receive calls, but cannot make calls.
12/29/15 - Limitless Manager test drove area the area around [redacted]'s home and determined that [redacted] service signals are adequate. The Manager attempted to contact [redacted], but there was no answer (he will continue to try). Based on the level of service around [redacted]'s home, the issue is likely related to issues with the phones. Limitless will need to evaluate the phones further to determine if the phones are defective, or if there is simply a setting that needs to be adjusted on the phones. Limitless continues to be on call to troubleshoot the handset over the phone, or ideally evaluate the unit at our [redacted] retail store, which is closest to where [redacted] lives.
1/2/16 - Limitless Manager drove to [redacted]'s home, as she does not drive, to troubleshoot the phones further. He tested a working Limitless SIM in [redacted]'s phones and [redacted]'s SIMs in a phone that we know to be working properly, Her phones are about 18 months old, past the one-year manufacturer's warranty, and they are not working reliably. Limitless Manager was also able to verify that [redacted] service was working fine at her home during his visit.
Limitless Manager provided two options for [redacted]: (1) make claims against her handset insurance, purchased through Limitless, and get comparable replacement phones for a $50 deductible each ($100 total for two); (2) offered two new phones for free on the [redacted] network, which Limitless also resells, with a new two-year contract (her current contract is valid through 8-15-16). [redacted] was not interested in either option, however, her phones are not working properly, which is no fault of Limitless, and we do not employ technicians to fix faulty equipment. The offers stand and she has Limitless Manager's cellphone number if she wants to get new phones that work. In the meantime, he gave her one [redacted] on loan, which was acceptable to [redacted] so we can continue to try to fix her phones and get them working on the [redacted] network, with absolutely no guarantee that we can do so.
1/4/16 - Limitless Manager spoke to [redacted], who said the [redacted] loaner "appears to work better."
If you have further questions, please contact me at [redacted] @limitlessmobile.com.
Sincerely,Jennifer N.
