I am rejecting this response because:We have not received any credit. We did not order the product in the first place therefor we should not be responsible for the shipping. It was an illegal transaction completed on behalf of their sales representative Junior Spivey. There was never any button clicked or any contract signed that allowed a second transaction to be purchased. Limitless is responsible to repay the entire amount billed to the credit card. We have called nearly 30 times and have received one email back. The sales representative has completed a fraudulent transaction and limitless will not take accountability for their employee. We have specific documentation authorizing one and only one purchase.

We have attached a copy of the response to the customer's bank for your review.Since the response was sent to the customer's bank in August 2016, the customer began contacting our customer service team requesting a refund. We determined the returned product had been received and we attempted to refund the card. The refund attempt was declined by their bank, as the funds had already been reversed through the ongoing dispute process. We advised the customer their bank had already credited the funds back, and were still investigating the matter. They were adamant that the credit had been reversed and the dispute resolved in our favor. After verifying with both our merchant processor (ProPay) and the customer's bank (Bank of America), we were advised that it was still under investigation and the funds had not been returned to us. The customer sent us a copy of the dispute from their online account on 10/11/2016, this clearly shows the matter is still under investigation. This image has been attached for your review.We offer a 30 day return policy and are happy to refund any unsatisfied customers, however, when a dispute is initiated with a bank, we are unable to refund during the investigation process. This would result in a double refund for the customer, and a refund of an amount higher than the original transaction- which is not permitted by banks and merchant processors.On 10/31/2016, we received notification from both the customer's bank and our merchant processor that the claim was resolved in our favor and the funds were returned to us by Bank of America. Since we have received the returned product, and it was received within the 30 day money back timeframe, we have honored the return. A credit was issued on 11/2/2016 for $376 (shipping fees are non-refundable per our return policy), depending on the bank it can take 3-5 business days to post.Attached to this email you will find the copy of the original invoice, the return authorization sent to the customer (referenced in the dispute rebuttal), the customer's dispute and our rebuttal, a copy of the dispute page provided by the customer from their online bank account, and screen shot from our online processor showing the reversal of the refund on 10/31/2016.Please let me know if you need any further information.Best wishes,AceciaLimitless WorldwideDistributor Support800-429-4290 option 3
