The next day she called and said that she wanted the bus still. We sent the bus to pick her group up, which was an hour away. We arrived at 11pm and waited 30 mins with people hanging out on the bus until she decided she wanted a refund or a different driver, for no reason at all. I told her that wouldn't happen and to pay the driver. She decided to cancel and we charged her $50 for time on the bus. It is my opinion that she just wanted us to spend time and fuel for her hundred dollar deposit that she wouldn't get back...
