Went on line and on [redacted].com found a [redacted] for 7hrs on March 7th for 660.00 with Limo express. Called the 1800 number and they informed me that I hadto call Limo express directly. Called and the girl that answered the phone quoted me a higher price I explained what I had been quoted a line. She said she would have to talk to the owner and call me back. Then the owner called me back and was very rude about what I had been quoted. He said that was the week rate I explained to him that I had put in the date and that is what I had been quoted. He then just hung up on me. I called him back and he said that he was not going to stand by that price and started making all kinds of excuses. I ask him his name again and he hung up again. Desired Settlementreceive the limo and price that I was quoted on line. Limo express was unable to rent my car of choice on April 25 d/t car needing repairs. I requested a refund for my deposit of 500$ on April 25.I paid a deposit of 500$ to rent a [redacted] from Limo Express for April 25, 2014, my daughter's prom night. I was notified by the day before my the owner that the car was unavailable d/t the alternator needing to be replaced. I was told that the alternator had to come from [redacted] and would take a week. I informed the owner that I wanted a refund on April 25. He agreed to refund my deposit and stated that it would take up to 5 business days. As of June 9, 2014, I have yet to receive my refund. I have called the company and spoke with the owner several times each week with unsatisfactory results. He claimed that his bank provided the refund, but when questioned, the owner provided an incorrect account number for my bank account. The owner stated that he would provide me a check for my refund on May 29, 2014, but refused when I told him I was coming to the office to pick up the check. He continued to state that his bank provided the refund. I have called the owner, [redacted], several times, and he claims that he will call me back or that he busy with another client, and never returns my calls. This is very unprofessional and disrespectful. I simply want my 500$ refund, and I will never do business with this company again. Desired SettlementI am simply requesting my 500$ deposit backBusiness Response Limo Express refunded the amount [redacted] credit back to the credit card on file to this client.Thank You[redacted]Vice PresidentConsumer Response (The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.)I still have not, to this date of July 9, 2014, received my refund. I booked a limo with Limo Express for my wedding pickup. I authorized a set amount to be charged to my credit card. [redacted] deducted more than the agreed amount and the amount shown on my invoice. When I contacted him he came up with every excuse he could to try to get me to give up on getting back my money. He was very mean and rude. This guy is a bully and someone needs to teach him business ethics. There is no way he should be able to charge what he thinks is fair for his service. When you get a receipt and a quote that should be the charge. Not in this guy's eyes. He does what he wants with your credit card. Shortly after I gave him my credit card info, it was hacked...not saying it was him, but it was good timing. I had a family member that used his limo for the same event and was also over charged above the agreed amount. I looked up reveiws on this guy and all of them stated these same problems. He always charges you for extra after you have used his service. When you confront him, he tries to use profanity and excuses to scare you away. I am writing this on behalf of all the people he has taken advantage of. He made the comment "U think I would try to screw u out of a little hour of money been in business for over 14 years", and then he tried to tell me I accused his driver of lying. This is unethical and fraudulent. His business should be fined and he should have to repay all the innocent people that he stole money from. He should not be able to collect credit card information from people because his misuses it and overcharges. This is illegal and people who rely on the Revdex.com would appreciate something to be done about this.Product_Or_Service: LimoAccount_Number: XXXXXX-XXXXXX-SADesired SettlementAll I asked is that he stay true to the receipt and quote. He refuses to give me my money back that he stole from my account. All I want is my money back and for the Revdex.com to get his bad record available to the public.Business Response Final Consumer Response (The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.)Dear Revdex.com,I will correct Mr. [redacted]'s mistakes in his response.I contacted Limo Express, Inc. on 29 October 2013 regarding pickup at the address of ** N [redacted] Humboldt, TN XXXXX. I specifically asked to be picked up in the [redacted] 300 (white) that was listed as one of their vehicles online. I was given a quote of $80.00 (eighty dollars) per hour and I was told by (a female) that it would take 3 (three) hours because they charge travel time to get to the destination and then travel time back. She required me to give her an exact address so that she could figure the travel time. She did this while I was on the phone with her. After her calculations she gave me a ballpark figure of $240 plus gratuity/fuel. I agreed that I would pay this amount for the pickup. Limo Express, Inc. informed me that I would have to fill out a credit authorization and pay $100 (one hundred dollars) as a deposit to hold my reservation. I was also informed that this would be deducted from my total cost. I agreed to these terms, filled out the authorization (which is attached), and paid the deposit. I immediately requested a receipt to reflect the charges that I was quoted so I would have a record of this transaction. On 30 October 2013, my account was charged $100 (one hundred dollars)for the deposit. On 1 November 2013, I emailed [redacted] directly requesting my receipt. [redacted] responded and sent me the receipt that contained my booking information. All of the information was correct on the receipt. I did agree to the charges that were reflected on the receipt (total charges $322.56). The receipt even had the assigned vehicle as "300LIMOWHITE" and pickup time as 10:30 pm on 14 December 2013. I was satisfied that I had received my transaction receipt and my services were booked. (original, unaltered receipt is attached) On 12 December 2013, [redacted] called my cell phone. He informed me that my card had been declined. (My card had been compromised and my bank had stopped charges and sent me a new card).I agreed and gave him my new card number so that he would not be stuck without payment because I knew my old card was now extinct. (Now that I have researched and gotten all of my facts together, I realize he was trying to charge my card that very day, or he would not have known that it was declined. This was 2 (two) days prior to his services.)On 14 December 2013, I walked out of the wedding reception and got into a white Lincoln, ten passenger [redacted] The limo immediately left the event (Southbound 45 bypass) and got onto I-40 westbound. The car went directly to my address (a few miles off I-40 in Cordova) and dropped us off. I had not complained about the car because at this point I had no choice. I still have not complained about the wrong car to Limo Express, Inc. When I returned from my honeymoon, I checked my account. I noticed that the Limo Express fees were slightly larger that what I remembered being quoted (total of unauthorized charges $418.56). I compared my credit authorization and my receipt to the charges on my account. I noticed that I had been charged $96 (ninety six dollars) more than what was agreed upon between myself and Limo Express, Inc. On 2 January 2014, I sent an email to [redacted] stating than I had been charged "more than our quote and confirmation." In the email, I stated that I was due a refund of $96 (ninety six dollars). I also attached the confirmation that I had from Limo Express, Inc in the email. His response was "It was 4 hours not 3 on the limousine that's where the difference came in.Thank u". I emailed him and asked him to "stand by your confirmation please." He responded with "we map quest it the pick up address from our building was 1.5 hours plus the weather was bad the driver told me he went 3.30 hours we do whole hours so it was 4 hours total sorry that was the 1 hour that went over. It states in our contract with delays and weather the time will be charged." I made [redacted] aware that he was not authorized to take that amount from my account without my permission. I made him aware that this was not our agreement. He refused to refund my money. I even called the business and requested that a receipt be emailed to me. I was told "the owner will take care of it". I never received another receipt. In an email, I told him I would not stop until I received my refund. I have many other emails saved in my file in which [redacted] tried to deter me from getting my refund. He also sent an email threatening to take me to court, I assume because I filed complaints. His email stated, "I have contracted my attorney on u bashing my company so I look forward taking u to court and teach u a lesson of u should slander my business I have worked 14 years to build. I never over charged for services That u used. Now u are taking this to the next level it will cost u attorneys fees and court cost.U think u your going to get away with this I hope u still live in Cordova address so I can get u served papers for ur actions. U think us charging u a extra hour for services u have used now ur being paying more for what ur doing to Limo Express" At this point, I made no more contact with [redacted] directly. I contacted my bank and filed a dispute. Now, I will state the facts pertaining to this case.I only authorized Limo Express, Inc to charge "$80 per hour x 3 hour" to my Visa. I authorized an immediate $100 deposit. This is the only form I signed to authorize deductions from my account. The map information [redacted] provided to you does not accurately reflect the route to and from his office to the pick up address. He altered the route to extend the travel time. I attached a correct map and direction sheet. The entire travel time adds to 166 minutes (

The vendor mischarged me twice for an unauthorized chargeI reserved a limo from the vendor and authorized them to run my card for a deposit of $100.00 my event was cancelled so attempted in over a week of advance notice to reschedule the limo service and I was informed they couldn't do that I would just loose my deposit which I was upset about but agreed to, later that day they ran my card for an additional 400.00. I attempted to contact owner and office manager with no avail, only got the run around they said they would refund me never did I finally went through my credit card company and filed a dispute and got my 400.00 put back on my card and a new card issued. Then yesterday the limo company charged 100.00 again unauthorized and tried to run another 400.00 and I was alerted by my credit card issuer about a suspicious charge. They have illegally charged my card for services I never received nor did I ever authorize and continue to attempt to gain the funds. This is a blatent disregard for the law and for any business practice in the largest of latitude. I appreciate any and all assistance you can provide.Desired SettlementI would like a formal written apology and full refund and damages for the overdrawn balance and hardship I occurred due to their deception.Business Response

Completely unprofessional business. Bus with no air conditioning and not as pictured on website. I called to arrange time schedule three days before event and was told by the owner "I have a schedule and your kids will just have to deal with it." The Bus showed up late to pick up our children for their prom. Adult entered the bus first and noticed the air conditioning was not working. Driver assured adult that the air is working, reached in to a compartment and states he fixed it. Children came home from prom and stated that the bus was so hot the boys had to get down in to their t-shirts, driver let them off at a [redacted] in south [redacted] while he attempted to fix the air.Adult called the owner the week after prom and owner screams, cursed and blamed the [redacted] kids for messing with the thermostat. States "the air was ice cold." Told another parent who called to complain that "the contract holder was told beforehand that the air wasn't working and she agreed to have the bus anyway, which he did NOT do. He then told the parent that he had to pay "6,000 to have the air fixed the next day."The bus that was delivered was dirty, stunk and did not look like the bus advertised online. The worst of the situation is that the owner does not know how to talk to or communicate with customers. I would NEVER recommend ANYONE doing business with this company and will be VERY vocal on what horrible service this company does provide.Desired SettlementAn apology to me, the contract holder, and to my children who had to endure crappy conditions on such a special night of their lives. These children paid over $2,000.00 of their own money to rent this bus to spend with their friends on prom night and were treated horribly. Some refund is due to these high schoolers who did NOT GET WHAT THEY PAID FOR!!Business Response I am writing on the complaint that Ms. [redacted] she booked a limo bus for a prom for April 26, 2014 and remember this is the biggest prom day of the year. When she booked the limo bus we arranged that she would have 24 kids. We had her in the black limo bus then the group went up to 32 so we had to put the kids into the large limo bus. Please not that the time started when we leave [redacted] to [redacted] ark.The limousine bus ac was working find. But when all the kids got on the bus they started to play with the temperature and it shut off and they turned the heat on. The driver stated that he pulled over and got the ac back to working and told the kids to stop playing with the temp. Thermostat.I never talked to the client until the week later and she stated they where unhappy. I feel the kids where told not to mess with the thermostat and they did. Plus she changed the hours we was booked to pickup and take pics then dinner then take to the prom and we was done that wasn't the case.I'm sorry for any and problems but no refund will be given.Thank youSincerely,[redacted]President
