This trip was booked with our $non refundable deposit (which is standard with every booking to block off the day/times)Two days before the trip Janine called to cancel by her stating, "I thought I could sell tickets to ride the bus and nobody got back with me and I don't have the $to pay it myself," to which I told her that was fine but we'd have to keep the deposit unless I could get another party to book the bus for the times she blocked offThe next day she called and said that she wanted the bus stillWe sent the bus to pick her group up, which was an hour awayWe arrived at 11pm and waited mins with people hanging out on the bus until she decided she wanted a refund or a different driver, for no reason at allI told her that wouldn't happen and to pay the driverShe decided to cancel and we charged her $for time on the busIt is my opinion that she just wanted us to spend time and fuel for her hundred dollar deposit that she wouldn't get back
