The couple had a used voucher …the problem is they said it was not used by them ( LL vouchers can be given to others) so to compromise I gave them 100.00 discount to make it right. [redacted] had called several times when I was in meetings, when I got back to her the same day her husband answered ,...

I asked for her and he asked who was calling , I explained it was Limoliner returning her call and what I was doing for them. He said great , fine thank you and I thought it was over. My guess is that when I went into her account , it had not processed which caused concern…so I processed it again on 9/2 for 100.00$ Thank you for keeping us updated , let me know if there is anything else you need. Have a great day!

As I explained in my initial complaint, we were waiting at the corner of 53rd and 6th Ave and this is the location described by the instruction sent to us. The response of LimoLiner that said "possibly you were at the wrong location" was wrong.Also this part of their response "We have refunded you the 2 one way tickets home from New York" is also untrue. I haven't seen the refund in my credit card statement.Given that we followed LimoLiner's instruction and arrived at pickup location on time and we missed the bus due to vague instruction on pickup location, I am holding LimoLiner responsible for all the extra cost we have to pay to go home. I am seeking for the entire amount $436 to be reimbused.

We are very sorry you missed your bus. We had 20 other passengers get on the bus at this location, so possibly you were at the wrong location. We have refunded you the 2 one way tickets home from New York.
