The couple had a used voucher the problem is they said it was not used by them ( LL vouchers can be given to others) so to compromise I gave them discount to make it right [redacted] had called several times when I was in meetings, when I got back to her the same day her husband answered , I asked for her and he asked who was calling , I explained it was Limoliner returning her call and what I was doing for themHe said great , fine thank you and I thought it was overMy guess is that when I went into her account , it had not processed which caused concern so I processed it again on 9/for 100.00$ Thank you for keeping us updated , let me know if there is anything else you needHave a great day!
