Over the years, I have found limo service has typically been the cleanest, safest, and most reliable way to travel when I am unable to drive
I placed a reservation with LimoLux USA which was accepted and charged to my credit card before the pick up time
I was nervous the day of the pick up time, and called the company's dispatch minutes before they were expected The dispatcher was helpful and placed me on hold while attempting to contact the driver He let me know he was "unable to contact the driver" and "couldn't recommend" a course of action but did ask if I wanted to request a refund I let him know I would wait, and he said he would have the Operations Manager update me
No call came, so after minutes, I drove to the airport so I wouldn't miss my international flights Since it was a long trip, the airport parking fee was $ I could have made other arrangements had I known LimoLux was unable to provide the service I had prepaid for, but I made it in time for my flights
I placed three calls to LimoLux USA to notify them of the incident and to request a refund No return call or email was returned to me, and the charge appeared on my credit card statement
Due to this experience, I would caution potential customers to do their research and weigh out options uncluding Uber, Shuttles, and taxis before prepaying with LimoLux USA

For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.I understand that we took the ride on the way to the restaurant, however LimoLux refuses to recognize the extra costs we occurred to do their incompetenceWe had no choice to accept the ride at a much later time because we had no other way of getting to our reservationIf Limolux USA did not cause us to change our plans and had picked us up at 7:30, the revised time and agreed upon over the phone, we would not have incurred the costa outline in the first letterWe need to be compensated for thatIf we have known before the day of we would have arranged alternative transportationIt is because of LimoLux we had to rearrange our plans and incur unnecessary costsWe are fine with paying for the ride we took, however then we need to be reimbursed for the extra costs we incured due to LimoLux USA The way LimoLux has conducted their business is disgustingWe have tried many time to contact LimoLux with NOT ONE phone call back after leaving numerous messagesWe did receive an email response from a manager, whom which we replied to and expressed our frustration and unhappiness, to which once again We received no responseLimoLux USA simply charges you provides absolutely no customer service.

I let him know I would wait, and he said he would have the Operations Manager update me.

No call came, so after 30 minutes, I drove to the airport so I wouldn't miss my international flights. Since it was a long trip, the airport parking fee was $500. I could have made other arrangements had I known LimoLux was unable to provide the service I had prepaid for, but I made it in time for my flights.
