Exceptional custom jewelry with sophisticated digital prototyping plus artisian craftsmanship, mean you're limited only by your own imagination at Limor Jewelry!
Working with Limor Jewelry on our custom design project was truly exceptional. As designers ourselves, it was important to us that we could work with a jewelry designer who could fabricate our vision down to the last millimeter. Limor Jewelry's designers and artisans were able to provide us with a very positive and patient collaborative experience. We also felt that Limor Jewelry's designers were truly excited and engaged in our design concept, which really enhanced what was a collaborative endeavor! Plus it made us feel good that the experts were enthusiastic about the direction we were going with our design!

Limor Jewelry's designers were able to work directly with our 3D digital design files, sketches and inspirational photos, providing feedback and helping us to make adjustments to our 3D digital design models. Ultimately, this improved the long-term quality and viability of the finished product. Once the design was finalized the team used a process of digital fabrication to make a physical prototype of our jewelry before the casting was completed in precious metals. This was absolutely the best part of the design process – being able to see a physical representation before going forward! It's probably the smartest service you can seek out in a jeweler and Limor Jewelry has both 3D printing and milling available!

Additionally, we were really impressed with their specialized online customer interface, which provides you with a direct conduit to your jewelry designer – a online service exclusively design for Limor Jewelry. We were able to upload images back and forth, and have a discussion board for collaboration which was fantastic and becomes a place to come back again and again with any questions regarding your jewelry long after the project is complete!

For hands-on customers with a very specific design vision and story for their special piece, but who may need that extra support when moving into fabrication we HIGHLY recommend Jacob at Limor Jewelers. Even if you only have a glimmer of an idea for where you want to take your project, with a majority of their beautiful in-store jewelry being custom designs, Limor Jewelry truly excels in understanding the complexities of custom jewelry design and fabrication.

After trying to work with several of my local jewelers to design an engagement ring that would be similar to the engagement ring that I had lost (and having no success), I skeptically turned to the internet to try to find a ring. I scoured the internet for months searching for the perfect ring. When I came across Limor Jeweler's ebay store, I immediately fell in love with their work!

Jacob was fantastic to work with and I am more than pleased with the end product. They were professional, responsive, creative...the list just goes on and on!

Absolutely love the quality of the 3 piece ring set my husband and I received. When we ordered Limor didn’t have it in stock but he quickly placed our order and had them made for us and be before we knew it our rings came. We Weill definitely be ordering from Limor again 🙌

As buyer have stated they have purchased pairs from us and they new what they where purchasing as it was disclosed in our listingWe did get both pairs back not with in our return policy guidelinesWe did speak to the buyer and explained that it is not with in the return policy and told them we will provide them with store credit and they can chose witch ever item they want for there dollar amount of $which is the store credit that was issued to the buyerThey wanted natural sapphire earrings but we told them there will be a price differenceWhen when we told them the price of $they denied it and still wanted to get their refundIt is not our fault that the buyer didnt read the listing before making a purchase and didnt return the item on timeWe still grant our client with $store credit as our policy is strict if we do not get the item with in the handling time we cant do anything about itBefore the buyers purchase items from our store everything is disclosed to them in details in written formEven though the buyer didn't return the item within the proper time period we provided a courtesy store credit in order to provide customer satisfactionBut needless to say we can't sell and or exchange something to the client if the price different of the merchandise is much greater than her store credit

 Item was returned in 30days, he had many listings posted on [redacted] out of 2000 displays. As mentioned, no man made listed on page reviewed. This company is a ripoff. Taking money because it was listed on [redacted]. I will proceed with attorney General.

We have everything disclosed on our site. We did ship the ring out with express [redacted] mail that costed us $45.01, We do not ship with first class mail to International Countries as the packages tend to get lost or stolen. We do protect our costumers and provide them with secure shipment and tracking...

information. We have emailed our costumer and told him that if he would like we can offer him  a store credit for the full amount, but he refused. The ring was resized and there was 10% restocking fee applied. Our site clearly states "We encourage customers who are not sure about a certain ring, but want to make a purchase to have us send you the ring first. Upon arrival take a moment to inspect your beautiful new ring and then send it back to us for FREE SIZING. We provide all our customers with free sizing. If a ring is sized by us there is a 10% restocking fee if the ring is returned.Upon request, we can custom make any ring in your desired size, if it is above or below one stock size. Custom making any of our rings could take anywhere from 3-6 weeks to manufacture."  we have subtracted the shipping cost as we did pay that cost to the 3rd party company to get this item delivered to the costumer.

 They have agreed to exchange the watch. However they have not guaranteed an exchange for a new watch. They have only said that they will exchange for a new watch "if" I return the same watch that they sent to me. I did exactly that but I'm afraid that they're going to say I sent back a different watch. They stated that they would compare serial numbers on the watch to the invoice. I've asked repeatedly for the serial number that they have to prevent the scenario that I fear. I would put this entire issue to rest if they would provide the number to me so that I'll be prepared for what's going  to happen when they receive the watch on Wednesday. If the serial numbers do not match,  they switched them. I looked at the face and band and removed the tag. I then took it to have some of the links removed and that's when I noticed the scratches on the back of the watch. I then took a few pics and put the watch back in the box. Even the box was an old one. It's navy blue, the corners of the top of the box only were white from being opened repeatedly. The watch stayed in the box until it was mailed back.

We never lied about anything and we are here to provide each and every costumer with 100% costumer satisfaction. We are located in the same building as Cobra 2 Jewelery. We do not affiliated in any way to Cobra 2 Jewelry Corporation as Limor Fine Jewelers is a separate entity that is located in the same building.

We have received the watch back from you.. As we have stated we will process an exchange.

Review: On Aug [redacted] I purchased a 14k golden moissanite ring from [redacted]. Total amount I paid 546.98USD . In their homepage and in the invoice I received after the purchase the sum was as follows: product price 539.98 USD and shipping and handling 6.95 USD.

I received the item on Aug [redacted]. Although it was as described, it was'nt quite what I was looking for. I contacted Limor the same day to notify them that I will be returning the item. I used a [redacted] express service and Limor received the item on Aug [redacted].

According to Limor website (Terms and Conditions page) they have a 14 days return policy, which means that if the item is returned in 14 days after the item has been received by the buyer, they will issue a full refund, but they will deduct 10% restocking fees and they will not return shipping and handling fees. Those are all very reasonable. So I was expecting a refund for 539.98 - 54 USD, which should be around 490 USD.

On [redacted] Sept I received a refund for 423 USD (about 60 USD less than I was expecting). I immediately contacted Limor again. They told me that the actual cost of shipping were higher, hence the lower refund amount.

Copy from their email "There is a mistake on our site international shipping is $43 with express mail. You have received the package and it was disclosed on it. We can email you the shipping label so you can see how much we have paid."

My issue is: those are not the terms I agreed to. When I made the purchase, it was in knowing that if returned, I will loose about 55 USD, not 130 USD. The fact that they have a mistake on their website is irrelevant to me and their problem (I could have not known that). The fact that the actual shipping costs were a lot higher became apparent to me after I had received the item - which of course rendered the return much more troublesome and wasteful.

They are refusing to compensate the amount I think I'm entitled toDesired Settlement: I think I have the right for a refund for 539.98 - 10% restocking fee - 6.95 shipping fee = 479 USD, and since I received only 423 USD, I would like them to refund the rest (56 USD) as well.

Review: Ordered a watch from limor jewelers and payed for a new one. They sent me a scratched up used watch. Now they're saying they can't take a used watch back. I have all of my correspondence with them. They lied twice about the business they do with Citizen and know that they aren't even authorized sellers for them. I also found out that they also go by Cobra 2 jewelry. There's much more to tell.Desired Settlement: I simply want the watch that I paid $521 for.
