The last reply I made included a scanned image of the card You can see clearly that there is nowhere mentioned an expiration date nor even a start date, and no rules or guidelines what-so-ever It's just their word, which I found to be convoluted A proper promotion needs to be better documentedand honest and honored But where there is no honor, well The card proves they lie And, I'm really resenting the constant implication that I was "cursing", as if I was running off at the mouth like a sailor with profanities Yes, she made me so mad that one "G**D***" did slip out, but not directed at any one person, merely a crude expression directed outwards that I was that exasperated with the rude treatment that I was receiving I don't tout my Christianity out on my sleeve as they are doing, I am a Christian, and I know that I have an advocate in Jesus Christ for when I fail or sin, and that in Jesus I am forgiven Please, let's not go around this anymore I was informed that they were not a good place to take my pets, but I ended up going there anyway because they are close to my home They lived up to the way they were described to me some years earlier I'll never go back, and I understand that they will say anything to avoid compensating me for the promotion Please just close this, I will attempt to forget them and have already found another groomer Let them go their way, and I'll go mine, but I can never consider this "resolved" as I was cheated out of a day spa treatment

The business is not being fair nor truthful in their response I was never told that I had to redeem the card before the end of 2014, the promption simply states, in writing, to complete the card "in a year" I did complete the card within a year, before the end of 2014, well within a year, but forgot to bring the card in at my last appointment for grooming Attached is a copy of the card, which shows the details, or lack of any esxpiration date, of the promotion By the way, at that appointment, it is untrue that the business offered me the day spa anyway I have never received the day spa for my pet, which I earned by completion of the card If it is now down to untruthful statements from the business, I surely can not expect them to honor the results of their day spa promotion I was advised when I moved into this part of Columbus to never take my pets to Lin Lar I now I understand why As they are saying that they will not co-operate about the day spa, and I certainly shall never take my business there anymore, we might as well consider this matter closed, though not resolved I am not satisfied, but I see that there is no satisfaction forthcoming from this business As they said in reply, they treat some customers one way, and others another way I had taken my two pets to Lin Lar for groomings since last March, yet they don't consider me a "loyal" customer They surely are not fair in their business ethics and dealings

Mr*** did have an appointment 04/27/15; and he also had the rewards card that was given to him on March 16, He was told on March 16, that he had one year from that date to fill up the grooming stamps to receive a free day spaAs it was a one year promotion, his
card has expiredAs of April 1, we were no longer excepting the cards for the free spas as it was a one year promotion. The promotion was from 01/and expired 01/We did extend the promotion until 4/01/to cover extra cards we gave to loyal customersWe did not give any cards after 03/31/2014. Mr*** had forgot his card the last grooming apton 02/04/and We had gave him the free spay package that day anyway as it was his 5th grooming in one year*** informed him that she would still give it to him the free spay without the card. So he does not have any free spays comingWe tried explaining to Mr*** that we do not honor those cards any longer and it was a one year promotionMr*** became angry and began cursing at us which we do not appreciate, as we have never cheated, insulted, or cursed at him and never wouldWe are a caring understanding companyBut being he wasn't very respectful or understanding we don't feel he needs to be compensated and we don't care to have his a customerWe are fair in every aspect but the horrible way he cursed and acted yesterday was not what we want in a customerWe understand that at times in business there will be disagreements or misunderstandings but there was no need for the actions of Mr*** and that's why he was asked to leave and find another groomer

Mr. [redacted] was informed on 03/16/2014 as was every customer that was given a loyalty card that it would expire in one year from the first date stamped.. We never said he wasn't a loyal customer. We considered him a loyal customer, that's why we gave him a loyalty card to begin with. We refuse to go back and forth arguing with an rude disrespectful customer cursing at us.  The card states that it expires in one year and that is why when we explained the card to him that we stamp the first date on it and tell every single one of the customers who received it, that it expired in one year from that date. As we said before in February he came in and told [redacted] that he forgot the card. She informed him that she would do it anyway as that date was his 5th grooming. When he came back to pick up his dogs she also informed him that she couldn't file the nails on [redacted] because she was to hard to do on her feet. Now whether he was listening or not is beyond us, but he was informed and it was in his grooming records. We have no reason to lie or be unfair with any customers. We are here to keep customers and make a descent honest living, but we will never be cursed and treated disrespectful by any customer over a free day spa that he has already received. We both are church attending woman and he was cursing in an awful way which was unacceptable so he was asked to leave and never to come back. If he would have spoke to us in an adult manner we may have even gave him another free day spa because he was a loyal customer.. Not because we treat customers differently but because we are caring woman who appreciate loyal good customers, which we thought he was . As for what " he heard about us ".This matter is not concerning gossip from him or other people. We work hard and respect every customer but in every business their will be someone who wasn't satisfied with what they received or someone trying to get something for nothing. None of the loyalty card customers have been cheated or unfairly done. That is the idea of the loyalty card was to reward the loyal customers. We consider this matter closed and resolved and we refuse to answer any complaints concerning this again. He was asked to leave our business and never to return.
